INSTEAD OF TRYING TO BE THE BEST ON THE TEAM, BE THE BEST FOR THE TEAM.

As we work out details for the next season we are expecting that training will be Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday with an off day on Monday for body recovery.  Our club training for skills will be within the individual teams and guided by the club curriculum.  For example, Tuesday/Thursday with two (2×90 minute) sessions of Technical & Tactical subjects while the Wednesday session will slow down for an emphasis/focus on individual skills.  We will work together and move as a unit…
